About the Congress

HRManagement & Business Solutions, Inc. (a local consultancy company specializing in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards) would like to build a community of certified Total Rewards Professionals with access to expert knowledge, relevant connections, and inspiring mentors to further their professional careers.

HRMBSI conceptualized this 1-day congress on Sept. 7, 2023 to be held at Winford Hotel, San Lazaro, City of Manila as a comprehensive avenue for HR professionals to learn about Total Rewards, an integrated approach to managing employees that is known and practiced by top MNCs and progressive local companies in the Philippines.

The congress will have a roster of international and local speakers who will discuss global emerging trends and showcase current best practices.

  • The 3 international speakers are currently connected with ASEAN Total Rewards Institute (ATRI), an international accrediting body and are part of the international academe in the ASEAN region based in Singapore.
  • The 10 local speakers/panelists are Chief HR Officers, Heads and Directors of top local companies in various industries. The keynote address shall be delivered by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment.

The Congress is designed to attract HR Practitioners practicing the Total Rewards approach who would like to benchmark themselves against global standards. It is also perfect for HR Practitioners who would like to further expand their knowledge on Total Rewards and understand it in more depth and breadth to realize its benefits.
