What is the Total Rewards Congress?
The Total Rewards Congress (TRC) is an exciting and inspiring 2-day learning experience that offers HR professionals, employers and managers a comprehensive avenue to learn about Total Rewards (TR). TR is an integrated and contemporary approach in attracting, retaining and motivating a company’s best talents. This is known and practiced by top multi-national companies and progressive local businesses – but is still novel for most in the Philippines.
The Congress is hosted by ATRI (ASEAN Total Rewards Institute, an international certification body), in tandem with its exclusive Philippine partner, HRManagement & Business Solutions, Inc. (a local consultancy company specializing in Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards).
This year’s theme is Total Rewards Goes Agile: Innovation, Imagination, & Revisioning. This Congress will reframe our Total Rewards Assumptions and question what we are hard-wired about: what is working and what is not? Are your Total Rewards strategies and structures relevant in 2020 and beyond?
Presentations will address areas in which we are still hard-wired, sharing examples of alternative thinking and helping us evaluate alternatives to our time-tested (and perhaps no longer suitable practices).
